Zev Posted October 25, 2009 Report Share Posted October 25, 2009 Photoshop is an image editing program, After Effects is a motion graphics and visual effects program, Adobe Premiere is the program that would best suit your purpose as it is a straight video editing program. It costs about $1000 to buy on a non academic licence and is rather hard to drive. I would try the free ones first, see if they do what you want them to.
