diver21
ive just gotten some dolomite gravel and thought that i heard the name used before, then realised that its used to raise the ph of the tank. but ive got angels etc at the moment. its such a nice looking substraite though. so how much will it raise the ph of the water? will the angels be fine in it? or should i just hurry up and by some malawais from ryan? spoon
 you mite be ok would pay to test it out dolomite hasnt got the same buffering capabilities as other calcium sands being a gravel rather than a sand would be in your advantage as less surface area means the ph will rise slower im guessing it would depend on the ph of your tap water and how often you do water changes
