AtomicHotdog
I think I have some small scratches on the inside of my glass tank, they are not obvious, but every time I look at the tank now I see them Does anyone have any magical tips for repairing this type of thing? (If its even possible).
Barrie
the cost of repair is very large To give you an indication, if you can feel the scratch with your finger nail, its too deep to remove. How ever there is a grinding systen that woukld do it but could well take an hour or 2 after you have dissasembled your tank (thats if the scratches are on the inside).Rough cost would be $200 plus Simply not worth it? The way forward is to work out how your tank was scratched and make sure it wont happen again
ryanjury
As Barrie said there isn't really a cheap way of taking the scratches out, best bet would be to replace the front piece of glass with a new one or retire that tank for a breeding one and buy a new one
