Dixon1990
I have a group of 8 Nannostomus Eques(did have 11 ) Have just noticed a female and a male dancing around the plants in the top of my community tank. I have a 30L tank setup with A heap of java moss in it in the bottom of my cabinet. Are the eggs light sensitive, what parameters will they spawn in? And What can i do to trigger spawning? TIA
caserole
You have not Googled it have you > Do so, there is all you need available. Like they spawn on the under side of leaves. Good luck.

Dixon1990
I'm just going to try the 'blackwater tank, throw java moss in use live food and be lazy and look for small fry a couple weeks later ' way to start with  Dont have much time till late January, so will have a proper attempt then
caserole
You probably wont succeed, however if you place a cyrpt or sword plant in the tank (broad leaves) for them to lay their eggs on you may.

Dixon1990
Do you know if the eggs are light sensitive? If they arent, ii could flot the breeding tank in one of my main tanks so i wouldn't need a heater.
