Guest
Hi guys, I was wondering if you can raise fighter fry with the father? If you can is there any advantages by doing it?

Guest
When should I turn the light off at night? It's been left on since they bred. It's so cool watching him collect the free swimming fry as he makes sure all the fry in the nest then he goes looking for other that he missed and when I fed frozen bbs he put them in his nest (I think he thought they were fry lol) but then he figured out they were food
diver21
hows the spawning going? has he given up trying to keep them all in the nest
Guest
He's given up on keeping themin the nest but I'd recomend keeping the male fighter in with the fry. I'm sure the fry have grown faster even though only a few of them are eating bbs (I can't see any orange in their bellys  ). Also the dad eats any uneaten food and I haven't see and really small ones or ones that can't swim properly (he must have eaten them.)
