anthony law Posted August 30, 2008 Report Share Posted August 30, 2008 im thinking of haveing one. what are they like to keep. what short of habit they like. where do you get food for them. and what requirements they need for set up etc. also when looiking for one what to look for . will a five foot tank 1500 x700 h 540 wide be all rigth for one or two. PhatMike Posted August 30, 2008 Report Share Posted August 30, 2008 they are a cool pet,pretty active,mine like to have a good run around the room exploring etc.i keep mine on a grit similar to sand.with a coupl of vines and basking blocks.some people use tiles. you can get food from most pet stores crickets mealworms waxworms etc.we catch our own crickets from outside in summer.you can also breed your own. you will need: basking light(normal light bulb) heat lamp with thermometer. uv bulb that size tank should be fine for one or two.i have a 1500x600x600 for two and its fine hope that helps Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
