fins
Hey I found my female betta dead this morning. Where she would have her eggs stored was a lighter colour than usual and she kept dropping eggs yesterday (about 100 eggs). When I found her, she was quite fat compared to how she normaly was. Does anyone know what happened here? thanks
Interfecus
Sometimes they get a blockage inside the ovipositor and can't release the eggs. In cases like this, the eggs die and decompose, causing a lethal infection in the mother. I've never had any of mine die of this but I've read about it. Better luck for the future. livebearer_breeder
did she look more bloated, or just fat?
