scott16
ok i have a tank that is 1520mm long made of 10mm glass and a stand that is 1400mm long would it be ok to have this tank on the stand filled with water and just make sure the overhang on each side is even ? or would a piece of ply wood thats 1550 long sitting on top of the stand be ok for the tank to be on? or do i just need to somehow get a new stand the the tank fits on thanks :-? ryanjury
Tank would probably be fine on poly with an even overlap on each end, however to be safe I would get some plywood the size of the bottom of the tank and stick that on it will be fine. fishandchips
I would go for the ply and the poly, better to spend $60 - 80 now on the ply them $300 + on a new tank when it smashes to the ground.
