SpidersWeb
325 litres I'd have a pair of Jebo 815 or preferrably 819's running it. I use an 819 on my 200L community. Good filter, but you'd really want more than that. Paticularly for oscars. Hutt Pets has the 819 (twice the size of the 815, and 1200L/hr) for $150 again at the mo. paekakboyz
I run a jebo 819 on a 360L tank - heavily planted tetra community tank... its done a good job so far different story with Oscars tho - they are messy fish!

FX5's are like $600ish Great filter, I just can't quite bring myself to part with that much on a single tank filter.

tHEcONCH
If you are serious about keeping your Oscars healthy you'll need a big filter. I keep my breeding pair in a relatively small tank (240Litres), but with an Eheim 2028 pumping 950Litres/hour through it, plus they get an 80% water change one a week without fail. tHEcONCH
Don't get an eel, or anything else until you've sorted your filtration out
OscarBoy
should i clear the tank out expt oscars silver dollars sevrum and catfish??
SpidersWeb
Those fire eels are huge, was tempted myself to get another eel from there. Remember eels need bloodworms and shrimp etc, they dont eat flake, although you probably already knew that anyway just thought I'd mention. Edit: and eels dont like ammonia/nitrite, so yeah filter first dude, oscars will be fine now, but in a few months when they start chewing on the corydoras you'll certainly need to change something. Wanna work out what kind of tank you want.
OscarBoy
course i did by da way hw much are bloodworms?? i no i so want a eel there like 30cm il get rid of ma common pleco jst to get 1 =P
tHEcONCH
should i clear the tank out expt oscars silver dollars sevrum and catfish?? First of all you need to decide what fish you like the most. If it is Oscars, get rid of everything except the Oscars and 1-2 cats. You'll still need a big filter. If you don't want to buty a big filter, get rid of the Oscars and keep the Angels etc.

SpidersWeb
Like $5 a sheet. So not that bad, just got to make sure you have it. I'd expect those guys to eat a sheet a week, judging by what mine goes through. But mine also eats shrimp too.

SpidersWeb
how much is shrimp?? will it eat cichlid pellets?? Get it at the supermarket, like $8, cut it up. Definately will not eat cichlid pellets. If given lots of hidey holes, and feel comfortable, you'll see them all the time and will be able to feed by hand. Fire eel wont go with oscars long term.
