SpidersWeb Posted November 11, 2007 Report Share Posted November 11, 2007 'Water Conditioner' normally means it'll remove chlorine from water, help with fish slime coat etc. 'Tonic' is normally a name given to a combination of medications, e.g. General Tonic, and it's normally blue in colour.
