Hi everyone,

My dad and I quite often go fishing in the sea and we catch quite a lot of small baitfish (about 30cm or less). I was wondering if I could use the meat off these fish and feed it to my freshwater fish? Would this have any adverse effects on my fish?

    Not in the least, fish flesh has been one of the ingrediant of my "home brew" fish food for many years. Fish meal makes up a large proportion of commercial fish foods.
