Caper
The store had these in the other day, but I couldn't see them because they were in a tank that was sort of high. All I could see were lots of fins sticking up But I just read that they can grow 13" to 14" and need a tank at least 75 gallons. So all wise fishie people, do they really grow that large??? Bet they don't tell people that! Caper
Ianab
Like a lot of fish, they do grow big. Seems to be a common problem, they dont tell you how big those common plecos and bala sharks grow either. Or you could just say that they sell fish tanks that are too small Cheers Ian
David R
But I just read that they can grow 13" to 14" and need a tank at least 75 gallons. WTF? A 14" fish that likes to school in a 4' tank?? They like to swim, and swim fast, 6' tank minimum IMO.
