Ive just set up a large tank and wanted to "liven it up a bit" with some airstones. Im pretty sure I read that it wasn't recommended but no longer can find the article. Tiden Posted August 23, 2007 Report Share Posted August 23, 2007 Hey Alex there was a few posts on the topic somewhere here but cant remember if it was a frontosa topic or not. I have had one of those bubble tubes with all the holes in my tank for quite sometime but I have had played with the amount of air going through it so its not alot, but I also only have one frontosa :roll: I think maybe it was something to do with iritating their gills :-? nimbochromis_freak Posted August 24, 2007 Report Share Posted August 24, 2007 Yea mate i got airstones in my tank only when u have the spray bar makin fine bubbles then the frontosa start to get anoyyed.
