fievels007
Well, the moment has arrived. Our blue rams are laying their first dozen.. or maybe 10 dozen? eggs. Tomorrow we are going away for the weekend, which is bad timing, but nevermind. I'm pretty sure they will end up eating the eggs from what I've read on here, but maybe they will surprise me and not. Anyway, should I do the water change that I planned to do tomorrow, or will that really ruin things? Is it best just to leave the water and maybe do the change on the Monday after we get home? Any advice on what to do? We do not have another tank, so I guess we are limited t what we can actually do anyway! I assume advice will just be wait and see! fievels007
Hmmm, well, as suspected, overnight they ate their eggs. Not surprised or disappointed at all! They'll do it again sometime soon I'm sure. I'll be ready for them then!
