Have you tried Protector saftey I think that there are some just about the same there.

Me again I just asked my girlfriend where she got hers and they are from Protector safety. They did cost about $35. If you google protector safety and look at there range there is alot in the chemical handling etc.

Seems to be alot of expensive ones but there are some at the other end of the scale.

Will definitely post an update if I find something suitable.

I have used disposable gloves for many other tasks (usually nasty animal care related stuff like flystrike or injuries) The gloves always pierce at the worst times! They also tend to perish if they dry out so a good solid glove is still my preference

I would suggest you check with a Veterinarian.

They use the gloves you describe for internally checking foetuses of horses and cows.

I got mine from Protector Safety and they are worth every dollar. They are cotton lined and a good thickness so as to provide insultation as well as flexiblity when working in cold ponds. They have the elastic tops which do stay up. I wash and dry them before taking them off and then hang them up and they've last over a year so far.
