mr pleco
why did you scrape them off the glass? about three days at 76 degrees celcuis as soon as the yok sak dissapears ..baby brine shrimp until they can take shrimp pellets which about a month away feed heaps these things EAT! IMO next time just remove the parents and treat the tank with meth blue and heavy airation
Afrikan
Rather a few people scrape the Cory eggs off the glass and raise them in a bare bottom tank. It is much easier for them to be raised that way rather than in a set up tank with stones etc.. JMO
coelacanth
I would say most people would remove the eggs to another bare tank for hatching. Especially if it was a community tank the eggs were laid in :-)
mr pleco
sorry agree totally with both of you just this person originally posted a question on cory breeding and was told to set up a BB tank with airstone and box filter and THATS it FOR BREEDING .. i had assumed this is what he had done and so couldnt see the point in scraping the eggs of a perfectly designed breeding tank .. smcoleman
as its easyer to scrap the eggs off the tank then try an catch 10 rather fast albino corys im using the tank as a bredding tank not as a grow out tank
