Milet
Will Different Tetras (ie: Neons, Cardinal, Glowlight etc) Form a school together?
me love fishy
I've had neons and cardinals together and they all swam around together in one school.
SpidersWeb
Note however that neons etc only school when frightened/uncomfortable. Once they've settled in the aquarium they tend to spread out. I noticed some interesting behaviour too once settled including males fighting (I had 2 males on one side of the tank, and 3 on the other, if they mixed there was trouble, no damage though), and breeding when rain-water was added. I always thought that maybe there was something wrong with them, so thanks SpidersWeb, now i know they must just be VERY happy and feeling secure
