Doc Holiday
Hi to you all!! My name is Danny alias "Doc" I currently reside in a quiet little town called Ashburton. My partners name is Leanne and our boy's name is caleb, our daughters name I will tell you in about 7 weeks time. I am new to this hobby and have only just puchased a new tank midway through december. But since then I've become an obsessed addict, I've consumed huge amounts of information on the subject and feel constantly starved for more. Our tank is a nice little setup called the aquaone AR620 it holds 100L and has a submersed powerhead pumping 550l/h through an overhead filtersytem. It is a very tidy setup and easily accessable (I should be a salesman ) At the moment we have 4 plants and 4 fish consisting of 1- betta named duncan 1- Golden Gourami named Hannah 1- Silver lyretail molly named Jill ( here mate Jack died recently) 1- Sailfin Pleco named oscar All of which were named by the boy, we will keep you posted on new additions to the aquarium. If you want to have a yarn about fish and the likes or you just want to have a plain old chat then feel free to message me anytime!!
Binkles
As a fellow newbie I would like to say hi, and welcome along as well. From what I can tell from the short time, and the replies that I've had from questions they're a lovely bunch - and very knowledgeable. Congrats on your fish - and of course your yet to be named daughter - Fun times ahead I can guess

MGilchrist
Welcome Doc, good to see newcomers to the hobby, be warned though it tends to grow with the fish.
