Caryl
There used to be a fish club in Timaru. Is it no longer running? They pulled out of the FNZAS a couple of years ago.

Caryl
I said they left the FNZAS a couple of years ago. After checking, I realised it was actually 6 years ago  I will PM you both the names of the last club officers. They ought to be able to tell you if the club is still running. Alan
Ha ha, those names ring a bell. The good old conference days when you had billets with the locals, and got to know who you stayed with well. A few of us here will recall them. Caryl
Wow, talk about ressurecting an old post! Good to hear the club is still going. I attended quite a few of their meetings when they were still affiliated to the FNZAS. A very friendly group with an interesting selection of fish at that time. I remember daphnia fishing with Gary in the local botanical gardens and a couple of delicious club meals at Ian's. 8)
mac
Yes a slight resurrection of a old post. Yes the club is running quite strong. I have only managed to join them after about 4-5 moths of constantly asking, emails form a manager friend of mine, to try and get them to answer me about joining. mac
