jolliolli
Hi guys, I have a juwel rio 300 set up which i bought secondhand. it has 2 twinsets of lights (4 fluoros). 1 set doesn't work at all (bulbs work as i've tested them in the second lighting system, does anyone know if the juwel multi-lux lights have an parts inside the 'electronic ballast' that can be repaired or replaced. Or does anyone have any idea as to why the lights aren't working. The juwel site lists the tank as having only one set of 2 fluoros, this tank used to be a marine so i'm guessing the previous owners upgraded it to 4 fluoros . any help appreciated
evilknieval69
Wiring could be dodgy if it was DIY, maybe just go through and check all connections and stuff first, then if its still not working replace/repair the ballast
jolliolli
hey there thanks for the info. Doesn't look to be DIY i believe its all factory fitted. Not sure how to replace repair the ballast as its all plastic welded.
