cameron
gota watch out if you put those pecocks and ahlis in the same tank as the demasoni's cause they will ripp them up specially when they breed.
ryanjury
hmm dunno about that one I have only seen the demasoni chase each other around and everyone leaves them alone and they leave everything else alone and ive had 2 colonies of them going at various stages.. herefishiefishie
Demasoni can be agro. I haven't had much in the way with problems with them. But then again I am not gain enough to put something of similar colour in with them. I have electric yellows in with mine, just for the nice colour contrast. Here's a pic of a holding female & a sub dominant. This is the best shot I could get of the dominant male. Both photos are a few months old, demasoni are in a different tank now. herefishiefishie
That is a Gephyrochromis acei "ngara" White tail. Formerly Pseudotropheus, maybe changing back. The pic is of one of the girls. The stay black with the white edging around the tails. The black & white reminds me of home  The males get a blue flashing in the heads. Here's the dom male Some info, http://www.wetpetz.com/acei.htm As for demasoni broods, not that big. I get about 12-20 out of one female. Another who dosen't hold so often around 10. Frenchy

Afrikan
Awesome! Aren't they great little fish. Keep us posted.. I just had a female spit over 12 (thought there was 12, but after a count up, saw more than 12 out of rockwork, so unsure the total) Have more holding..
