ocean4freedom
Okay- this is a totally gratuitous start of a debate! 8) So which is better for your fish and why? I'm personally keen on the fresh food since I know where the food has been and wont feed a worm/fly/fish if its looking unhealthy. What does everyone else think? sharn
my preference goes fresh, frozen then freeze dried. i get worms and bugs all the time for my fish. locusts and praying mantis' for my oscar in summer as their wild diet consists of around 60% insects. worms just seem to be everyones favourite, the cories and apistos go nuts over them and the discus think its their last supper when they get them  most of the other fresh foods (like meats) go off quickly which is why i prefer frozen for them. dont like freeze dried at all, i dont like how they always float as my fish arent surface feeders
me love fishy
I don't feed any fresh food, but I prefer frozen to freeze dried and so do my fishies
Fishkeepa
I feed lettuce and other vegetable matter like occasionally some apple. I like giving my fish the variety. frozen bloodworns are second after fresh/live and flake are a staple part of the diet.
