Hey, thanks for the info Matt. It could well be the container not being 100% sealed. The yeast is kept in the fridge, so i guess it has to be escaping. I will definately try your recipe, cause I think the one I got off the net is not quite right. Once again thanks, RB_607.

I was wondering, is it neccesary to put aquatic fertalisers in the tank for the plants to grow well, if you dnt have a CO2 system? If so, what fertalisers are best to buy?

Hey, I am a relativly new member (joined about October 04), and am interested in fish keeping, but only really interested in tropical fish, plants etc. I have a small community aquarium with one angelfish and a few tetras left, as most of them are getting old and dying, but I am hoping to upgrade within the next two months to new fish,plants and decorations. If anybody knows of or has half-grown angelfish that i would be able to buy please let me know, it would be greatly appreciated as I would like these for my new set-up (prefferably silver/black in colour). Anyways, I am hoping to learn a lot from being in the chat rooms etc. RB_607.
