With native plants, you're more than welcome to grow and sell them legally

Just read your post which is really helpful. Apart from freshwater animals, is there any legislation just for freshwater plants? If I wish to cultivate only the native freshwater plants for myself and maybe a little for commercial. Do i need a licence to do that?
