Sorry I can't help for most of those but I know Oteha Valley stream is pretty good for natives apparently, last time I was there I did see some nice patches of some sort of aquatic moss. Opposite the Mitre 10 carpark. There was also a really healthy looking patch of what looked like Glossostigma, I'm no pro on plant ID but hope this helps! I'd love tips on crabs/shrimp, didn't even know we had crabs here!
