It doesn't seem to be the light itself, but more along the lines of the casing that the light fits into? Any ideas on how to get it sorted? It's a Juwel Rekord 60 by the way.

While my tank was being baby sat for the past 18 months the light failed and is not repairable apparently. I don't have the know how to know, but the people at the pet shop in blenheim seemed to think it was not possible. Currently there is an ugly piece of perspex covering it with a light, now also broken, looking down into the tank. Does anyone have any advice on how to make a stylish looking tank lid and light? Thanks F

Hey everyone, I've been a member a few years ago when I was in chch. Now after being oseas for a bit I'm back, living in Nelson and am about to get my 60l tropical tank back from its baby sitter. Will be good to connect with other tropical tank peeps in Nelson. As well as get advice from others around the country First Q... How to fix or make a new lid for my juwel rekord 60...?!!! Will post this Q in the DIY section. If you can help that would be great!!! Ta!
