A few of us have notified TradeMe about the listing. However, the most that TradeMe could do is pull the listing, which is dooming that fish to its nearly 7L fate.
The best option for the fish would be to buy it and re-home it, but that is not preventing this issue from arising again.
Reporting the listing doesn't solve the problem does it? Won't it just get the listing removed and Then the fish can't get sold and it will be stuck in that bowl.

Yeah something needs to be done about the fish, but we can't go buying every single fish that's in a small tank, a better approach to stopping future circumstances is the above idea.

As in your other topic it could be difficult to define as to what is considered as a small tank. Specific fish and their quantity would fall into different tank sizes.

Yeah they should've let us stay for longer rather than just 2 hours, even in end of years you can stay the full 3 if you want. Extra 10 minutes or so to double check would've been nice.

Just a thought but if you paint it like the above link you can always add a different substrate on top if you don't like it.

You currently have about 1.5WpG outdated rule though. Generally you should be looking at PAR to determine whether or not you would be able to grow plants. Plantedtank has a lot of good information on this.
What kind of plants are you planning on using?
