  1. Congrats on your victory Coucou35.gif

(don't ask me anything about the french team or something cause I'm not a sport fan, not interesting in watching any sort of sports on TV (I tried, I tried, I tried but I couldn't get no... satisfaction ;) ).

About this event, I just saw the hapiness in the streets and people cheering :D

  2. A 7-day-old female La Plata river dolphin has been rescued on Uruguay’s Punta Colorada beach. The baby dolphin was so young that the umbilical cord was still attached. Director Richard Tesore of the SOS Rescate de Fauna Marina rehabilitation center confirmed the dolphin was safely transported to their marine animal rescue center in Piriapolis.

  3. Watching a doc on Microraptor, a strange dinosaur with feathers and 4 wings...

    microraptor.jpg

The guys are trying to figure out how this dinosaur could fly. So they made a 3D model and put it in a wind tunnel with numerous sensors and guess the best position for having a balance between lift coefficient of the wings and turbulences.

    Fascinating... :o :spop:

  4. Very nice tank ! :D

    So quietful.

You can also use 8000 K for a very white but still not blue color temperature.

Anyway, don't swap them all at once. Do it progressively in order to allow your plants to accustom to the new spectrum and avoid algae invading your beautiful aquascape.

  5. Hi every one,

I made it this afternoon, so it doesn't look natural yet.

I'm not sure about the reddish plant; there are 2 focus with the Syngonanthus chrysanthus.

I'm afraid it disrupts the reading of the whole stuff ?

  6. Yes, but if you have nice water dont bother "filtering or cleaning? it", it will be much better than the water in your tank.

Your idea is simply not necessary. Simply dilute slightly and use. Alot collect from takapuna boatramp on a high tide, plenty of other places. Collect after a week or so of no rain (downpours) and just use it, lots do, and regardless on what some might say, i've heard of no-one having issues using nsw.

If the water is murky or dirty, dont collect it, go back another time.

    +1

Especially for the part in bold.

Thought NZ had been preserved from that.

Personally, I try to collect as far away from any boats.

  7. TimeTravelersWife.jpg

A beautiful (bittersweet) love story more than SF.

An unconditional, absolute and endlessly love between Claire and Henry.

    When time is nothing...

Henry is a Chicago librarian affected by a strange disease they call CDD : chrono displacement disorder; he suddenly disappears randomly in his past, sometime in his future, he can't control it. He first met Claire when he was 28 yo; she was 20 but when she saw him this day, she already knew him from her chilhood. She was waiting for Henry her entire life, loving him from the bottom of her heart.

    But he didn't.

    Not yet...

They've known each other for decades, even if he is still not able to remember it...

I just ended to read this novel and my mind is still full of its words and emotions.

Now one of my favourite book, may be the favourite one.

    The Time Traveler's Wife.

    Audrey Niffenegger
