  3. GBA with a blood blister?

    I just noticed that my male GBA has a red blood blister on top of it's head....

    Here's a less than average picture (click to enlarge) - I've only got my mobile phone....

    Any ideas what to do or what caused it? Looks almost like it was burnt on the heater perhaps?

    You look at the pedipalps, which are they appendages closest to the fangs.

    The males have an extra appendage on the end of them called the cymbium, which holds the palpal organ, which holds the sperm. Females don't have this end piece, but still have pedipalps. Females are usually larger than males too.

    First it rains. Then its sunny. Then its sunny and freezing cold. Then on a nice, fine day - the nights are freezing cold.

    Bring on summer I say.

    I agree. But you can't have summer without spring, and the quicker spring comes, the quicker summer will. 8)
