dunno bout the coral id sorry Ben... Tanks looking good though dude- how are your skunks with your percs?
Coral was ordered and imported as M danae this is a wild speciman so its prob not going to get as nice as the Tyree and LE frags you see overseas, but i dont know any other sp of blue/purple encrusting montipora anyway so i'll stick with the current id.
I have 3 BTA's in the tank so they get on ok, a bit of fighting when one or more of the BTA's move. But its just fin nipping that heals in a day or two.
Cheers for the comments all, wife woke me up early this morn so i took some underwater shots, that havent been edited except for size and are very close if not completely true colours.

Cheers for the kind words, Im almost happy still have to get the aquascapping finished. And cant wait to see it after the semi lighting upgrade (I too am a big fan of the 10k bulbs(great minds aye Wasp)). Also i plan to sell of my wonderfull Deltec 1060TS skimmer and UPGRADE to hopeforlly something bigger and better

Cheers this is just with three T5's (two actinic one white) in a week or so ill be getting two KZ Fiji purples to replace the one white and fill the fourth fitting, so ill post pics then with just t5's just hallides and both and then again in a month

I also thought that if a person did not want to dose his whole tank with Reef Solutions, perhaps feeding the cataphylia a small morsel that had been soaked in Reef Solutions would do the trick.
Yeah should work sweet, but dont see any harm dosing the tank its a very good product, plus one bottle would probably last a year as i only dose it 2-3 times a week.

Ive found that reef solution helps with the cats. This is all one of my friends doses and her tank is sweet also keep an eye on Strontium an iodine

I grew it from a frag, lol to think i tried to sell it a few months ago for $50 and no one wanted it. PP ill get you a frag in a week or two once its happy again

Still alot of work to be done, but the stock i put in last week is really happy, the gorgonian just went in today as did the xenia and a couple of other pieces, pic was taken as soon as the stock went in
so i will try and get another pic in a day or two. You can actually see the skimmer chamber through the back pane of glass. So far im very impressed with the whole system -

Yeah the tangs are all looking great, exc colour and nice and fat, Im soo tempted but i think i've added enough fish for a while
theyve got two of my wish list tangs (yellow and yellow eye koles, the 3rd is A maculecips)
