lol, no actually, It's actually much easier to maintain the aquariums during the year as it was a part of my routine, now that my exams are over I'm sort of at a lose end a bit and am finding "Oh... Oooops, is it thursday already?" A couple of times I've actually missed thursdays altogether ( :oops: ) & my fishies have had to wait 'till friday for their change lol. I'm begining to wonder if I shouldn't start studying up for next year just so I can put some structure back into my week :lol: Hmmmmm.... I can tell I'm goint to have to try this place some time

thank you everyone Asides from boring my friends and husband by discussing my fishies at great length I don't really know anyone 'locally' (in a planetary sort of way) who is also significantly into fish so I am very keen to join in and get to know other people similarly addicted

Absolutely thrilled to find a fishey forum based here in NZ and heaps of people to talk fishyness with I've got two tropical tanks, one a community tank with cory cats, khuli loaches, glass cats, siamese flying foxes, kribs,2 bristlenoses, a very friendly betta, and a baby swordfish that's currently in the large livebearer tank since she's taken to fin nipping since her companions died. I also have a cichlid tank with a cory cat & bristlenoses, a red zebra, a pair of yellow labs, a blue peacock (male), a couple of bolivian rams (who adapted easily to the mbuna water conditions) a pair of young red empress, one male and one hopefully/probably female, and I have a demasoni due to arrive this weekend, just for fun. So, all up they keep me pretty busy and also well entertained As for me personally... I have two children & a husband, an assortment of cats and dog, and am currently studying Law at Otago university
