Just received 5 Aplocheilus lineatus Golden Wonder Killies
Three males two females
I have put one male and the two females in a breeding tank and the other two males in my community tank
Nice tight lids on both tanks so they wont jump out
They are a stunning fish with quite a pike like shape to them imho
I have also got a trio of Gardneri Blue and a trio of Australe Gold
These are stunning fish as well
I have both sets in breeding tanks so keeeping my fingers crossed

Looks like it's going to be a great site
Best of luck

Hi like ryan they dont look like triple reds to me
But if they are from a triple red/wild then you could get an interesting array of offspring
imho

This is like the Holden verse Ford argument
It will never be settled
For me its Holden and FX5

Well done
I feed mine fine flake food the same as the parents
If they are 2weeks old they would have been feeding on whatever is in the tank
I found that they fend for them selves with their parents help
None of my fry get anything other than what the adults get

What would be the best thing to do if there are eggs in a community tank (63l with tetra and a GBA)?
Cheers
I would say they should be fine
My steal blues laid in my community tank and raised over 15 fry
It nice to be able to watch mum and dad taking the kids for an outting
If things don't turn out this time you can always give them their own tank next time
Cheers Rob

Very nice
I got mine from Jade as well
Must say he seems to have nice Apistos
