im going to be trying to breed some sunset dwarfs shortly , i have aquired a female that has as much color as the males , not like the plain silvers that i have been seeing. so hopefully the female fry will be full colored as well

on the rare occasion that i have seen these they are 2-3 inches long , but planetcatfish say they grow over 12 inches has anybody seen them this big? what is their lifespan?

was in a lfs in wanganui and came across a tank with 1 of these swimmimg around in it , so i asked the owner was that one of the ge ones and she told me that it was a cross between a glowlight and a danio anybody seen these before??

it was definately orange like a glowlight and the rest was plain like a pearl danio , maybe a job for billany?!

i work for an engineering supplies company and our hose that is similar to

nylex hose is rated to 200psi.

im not a big fan of nylex type fittings have a look around and see how many garden hoses and fittings leak all the time.

we also sell hansen fittings and they are good.

perhaps i could arrange a discount for FNZAS members.

i looked into this a little while ago , there is a product called plastic canvas that cross stitchers use for making stuff , been plastic it wont rot and fall apart in your tank like fabric will. when i asked at the craft shop they told be it would be safe for fish tanks as well
