  1. Hey!!!!!! Wrong forum!!! But! That is a good question!!!!!!
  2. You are all so NICE!!! How refreshing!! I'm enjoying my forays here when I can. Seriously though, don't get the wrong idea that I "know what I'm doing"!! I, at least, don't think so. Not yet anyway! Learning stuff everyday and that wouldn't be as successful as it is without forums such as this. Alot of the stuff learned is through mistakes that don't become clear until it's too late for the fry that are the unfortunate recipients of my latest goof!! But! "It's Getting Better Every Day"! (WHO wrote that??) Just this week I found my 2nd wholesaler! Now I have the ability to sell 2400 fish per month! I NEED MORE TANKS!!!!! Chris
  3. I recently bought a case (12 (15 oz. cans) from Jehmco here in the USA. I forget exactly what I paid but it was just a little over $300 (US) delivered the next day. I'm not sure what it would cost to ship to NZ but the box isn't all that big! In any case, it's a fantastic source for supplies and I'm happy to pass along the link! www.jehmco.com./PRODUCTS_/FISH_FOODS_/H ... rand_.html Hope I did that right! I've bought bbs from suppliers where the hatchout was very poor. This product is 90% or better. I NEVER have unhatched cysts! Good luck! Chris
  4. Hi Kriber! I've tried to breed Bettas in the past. That was when bbs hatching was so intimidating so I wasn't successful! Now that I've got that down pat I've just concentrated on the Angels. I'm lucky enough that I had a distributor readily available and he told me that there's only $$$ to be made raising Angels, Guppies, and Cories. So *I* do Angels! Funny! I always wanted a tank with just Angels........now I've got 31 tanks full of them!!!! You just never know! My Cories, which I keep in all my breeder and show tanks, keep breeding but I don't have anything to do with it. They just do it and a few survive each time. I just can't *catch* the little buggers!!! So everytime I set up a new tank I still go out and buy more!!! I'll be happy to offer insights to my successes but, honestly, they'll be few until I feel more confident in them. If there is anything that bugs me it's when someone offers advice as "law" and I find that it doesn't work! (For me, anyway!) Know what I mean?? Thanks for taking time to say, "Hi". Chris
  5. Thank yew!!! Now, come on!! If I answered your question that would be "telling"! It's not really important............ Looking forward to sharing with you all! Chris
  6. Thanks, Bill. I hope that I'll be able to offer some helpful insights. I'm admittedly not the most experienced of aquariologists but I'm learning everyday. I'll try to only offer advice when I'm sure of it. I'll probably be better at relating mistakes!!! Chris
  7. Hi Caryl, and thanks for your warm welcome. Info and entertainment..............s'all the same to me! Chris
  8. Hiya!! Glad to be here and hope that I can get back here on a regular basis! I'm really into Angelfish breeding right now and was directed here by Pegasus' posts on a forum in the US. Just hope that *this* might be a "friendlier" forum!! Please!!!! Entertain me!!!! Christine
