from reading this thread, it sounds like a lot of work, I was thinking of getting a water dragon but not so sure now? Were do you get live food from??

how does it work with two heaters in a tank? If you want the temp at 26 do u have both heaters set to 26 or both set to 13????

Just setup this tank for lionheads and decided I need a 3ft tank so am on the lookout. Have 5 fish in here, is that to many?/ Also have internal filter in pic and not sure if that is enough water flow as I know they need a good water flow.Does anyone keep these fish and have any advice, info

Is it OK to do a big water change, over 50 %???? Due to long work hours and laziness, my tank is really dirty and I have to do a big clean but bit worried about taking out so much water??? :oops:

Is it ok to use white sand from places like bunnings, mitre 10, placemakers, iin your fish tank, was going to use it to decorate some terricota pots? Dont know what it will look like? Has anyone done it, just want them to blend in with the coral. :roll:

What is the yellow piece in picture for?? It goes in hole in top of filter but it had a spring type thing around it and Ive wrecked it. Filter still turns on. Hope that it works when I load photo :oops: Mod - SW - Fixed photo, and applied more suitable subject.

guy was telling me at pet shop today that the problem was people were taking them apart to clean or replace media and the little o rings were falling out and people putting them bac togeather and not noticing the o rings gone, hence the leaking

I will put some screws in and maybe some 2x2 under it just to be sure. Will try the sitting on it test,lol, never thought of that, if it holds me, itll hold the tank. Cheers
