Hi, I think I may have BN eggs my male has been out of sight for the last week I presume in the shipwreck, if there is eggs how long do they take to hatch, and the other thing was can they swim out of there when ready or not. Will i need to move the ship up and out for them to get out. I am just waiting patiently at the moment hoping, as I don't want to upset him or them. Thanks Dianne

Thanks Guys I won't do that, I bought one of those breeding net tanks so will keep them in that instead.

Hi, could some one tell me i have baby guppies in my c tank was thinking of moving them into cold water tank only with 3 neons and 1 b nose would they survive in with them. The other thing is I was wondering my male b nose has seemed tohave disappeared could this mean the female may have laid eggs or what, I'm just guessing here at the moment. I was thinking swordtails would they be alright as I want it to community tank and i thought that conveicts aren't very hospitable to others is that right.

Would they have to be adult ones or would juveniles be alright to help the cycling out

Hi all up and running have turned pump down to low is that alright, heater set at 26 and on 3 uplifts all working especially the one that is connected straight to the pump,airstone as well and wheel on lighthouse, and 3 caps aqua clear. Need to find some plants, does it need to be tetras or danios to help cycle or can it be convicts or something else Guppies I dont know any sugestions there . Hi Thanks, It's going to be tropical what temperature should i put heater to, and should i put some of the aqua clear in to get rid of the chlorine. What about the pumps should i just flic the other one on trade me or use it to any suggestions.

HI guys Could some one tell me what I need I was wanting about 3 nice plants and maybe oxygen plant as well. Tank is set with gravel and ship and stones and stuff. do I need any other equipment. Like fertilisers and stuff like that to start. and was wondering wether I should fill up with water now before intro plants and then fish. And a light house with wheel that moves with air hose I believe. I have 2 pumps 1 new sr9500,Second Hand came with tank.High teac 3500 I was wondering should I use both i have un Gravel filters,airstone, oxygen shell , agua plua for water. Heater 200w Fluro light 18w and a 5 way air control valve. Would very much appreciate help as I want to do this right. Tank is 76cm x 38cm x 40cm Thanks agian

Hi again was thinking do i need snails in freshwater tropical Temp around 26c Have 10 Zebra Danios Juev in there and getting pair of swordtails plus five more and about 7 guppies. Have plants looks cool actually. I was thinking probably some algae eaters. Whats these Decapsulated Brine Shrimp Eggs 500gm would they be good for them, or not. Thanks again,

How do you work out the volume of water in your tank, and equipment you would need to keep it healthy. My Tank is 76cm L X 40 cm D X 40 cm H. I have Clear n Clean 3ft Under Gravel Filter a Aqua One SR 9500, A Boyu 18w Light. I need to get a Heater Has any one got some suggetions on what wattage I'd need, I am new to this the other thing was live plants what can you use to weigh them to the bottom of tank safely for fish., I read somewhere here that it is good idea to put polystyrene at back as well as saves on power which sounds good to me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I actually have for pet rats, thanks very much for that someone told me about 75litres I'll have to work out what i can put it on aye to be on safe side. It does have a broken top support I was thinking putting another piece of glass on top of it but that mightent work do you think, or otherwise get new peice for it. do you know how youd get the broken one of the tank without breaking it.

Hi Evil thanks for that , not to confused so in other words I could have cold water salt fish which is called, like you said below. Or I could just have cold water goldfish one right.you can also have cold water marine (salt water) fish or tropical marine fish Tanks again. Dianne

Hi I was hoping that some one can tell me the difference between fresh water and cold water fish, and the setups you'd need for each and say the fish that i could have for either. Sorry to be a nuisance but thought best to find these things out first before jumping in boot's in all and messing it up. I'm on a budget so if anyone can help me any info on the above would be much appreciated. Thanks djay
