Hello again. Have done a bottom clean, lots of shit & waste in the water, plus gave it a good clean out. Have both tubs going through a filter now plus have added some Pond-Zyme Plus pond cleaner, i use this in my big ponds to clear up unwanted waste, very good stuff. I will keep an eye on things over the next week, see what happens. I will continue to use the Malefix, cant see it doing any harm. If you have any more thoughts on this please advise. Thank you for that. There about 50 fry in each bath tub, about 250liters each. The fish are Tancho Comets & Calico Fans all about 25 to 50mm long. The water is greeny in colour, but not pea soup. I have a small powerhead in each tub for water movement, plus both tubs are airated. They are about 3 to 4 months old. I have breed Goldfish before & never had this problem. Was wondering weather it had anything to do with the warm temps. Will do a bottom clean & water change, then monitor the sitch. Would it still be wise to use the Melafix. Cheers the SHARK

Good morning to everyone. I have a load of Goldfish Fry & some of them seem to have a white slime or fungus growing on there body & fins. I am treating with Melafix. Any other ideas on what to do, plus what is this disease. Cheers the SHARK.
