One of the LFS here set a curved reptile tank up (did not look the same as this one, though, and was probably twice the size if not more) for marine - it lasted for a while until they came in one day and found everything on the floor because it had broken.

Not trying to scare you off the sale, but something to consider.

hey its cool man, its why I posted it, I dont have the money for it anyway but if it was one of those waaay to good to be true foolish to not get kinda things I could have found the money some how (cash converters lol)
