My BN thinks its spring

My BN is bouncing I'ld say swimming but its more a splash from plant to plant round the tank like its Spring or a new zest for life or something. Seems fine eating and the usual but I'm wondering if he is bullying my other fish. Everytime they see him?her comming they swim away real fast.

I got up this morning to find two dead fish (neon & Black Phantom Tectra) All the others seems fine water tests are all good. I am hoping the two are a one off.

I thought these were supposed to be friendly placid types. He (named Rocky) was adopted with my new tank so I don't know how old he is but has lived with all my other fish for at least 8 months.
