sharn
clowns eat every moving thing thats meat that they can fit in their beautiful mouths  and they do it at night time too just to be ultra sneaky
Krissie
Not just at night either! I was re-planting my tank yesterday and my wee "Mac" the clown knife decided i needed tasting! It hurt and has left a wee red mark on my arm. So i figure, if mine who is about 6inches, will try and eat my arm, then a small BN would just be a snack. cheers
mat692
yeah my one comes out during the day and trys to take my finger just thought B/N might not be on there list as theyd be a bit tough

sharn
bye bye tiger barbs and probably the SD (once your clown gets to around 40-50cm). theyve got some massive mouths, my friend has seen a full grown eating 11 inch goldies for brekky! YUMMY lol
sharn
yeah, try get him onto prepared foods if you can and if he isnt already. that helps a bit for him to not see fish as food
Krissie
I was really surprised that my guy bit me! I too hand feed and i suppose in a way that might be the problem. Having terrible eyesight he might have just thought i was trying to feed him, and bit me looking for the food? Some 'food' for thought anyhow...lol
