You can actually see a difference between the two types of product, but not sure what it is. I went back to using the sea weed salad... I also noted there was a longer shelf life of sea weed salad, and it was easier for the fish to eat... also it does not smell as much as the supermarket stuff. But its heaps for $5.00 or a small amount for $12.50 Only my opinion though... I only have one Tang, if I had 4-5 tangs I would use the supermarket stuff as its cheaper.
