guppylover2 Posted May 14, 2005 Report Share Posted May 14, 2005 hi there my beautfiul male red betta has gone crazy! in a good way i hope. had him (briefl) in a breeder trap coz i had to cover the filter intake in my 10gallon jebo where he got stuck - sucked on to the side - twice, and i hadn't managed to cover it yet. then today bought some filter wool, some melafix also (scrapes on body i think from filter escapade) then released him back into the jebo out of the trap now he's all fins held high, puffing his gills at an imaginary foe (only 2 small catfish in the 10 gallon) and playing dare i say it in the filter stream. loving it. is this normal? he sure looks happy, happier even than when i was in the 40 gallon as the only top-mid level fish.
