llama boy
Hi all would one of the large marina tanks with a bowed front be ok as a hospital/breeding tank. i need to no cos i currently only have one tank  . also what sized heater would i need. the small tank is 6litres and i don't no how big the bigger one is, i think about 9 litres. thanks scotty
livebearer_breeder
Generally you want a 1 Watt per Litre, so the saying, "any that will fit" is incorrect for the most part. for instance you want 400 watts of heating for a 400l tank, so buy a 300watt and 100 watt heater, or 2x 200watts etc, make sence? plecs
The bigger Marina tank is 10L, but it is plastic so i would really think carefully about putting a heater in it! U dont want it to melt! plecs
llama boy
i thought about the melting factor when i was considering a marina as my fist tank choice, but then got a jebo r338 instead. thanks all scotty
