Gill
Ph varies between 7- 5 to 8 ,I have crushed coral and shells in the substrate, there are 3 tinfoil barbs and two Parrot fish .I am in the process of changing the tank around to have more rocks etc. As I was given these I am more than happy to offer some of the zebras to other forum members. smidey
when mixing species from different regions the challenge you have is to keep all the fish healthy and happy. I don't know anything about the barbs or parrots, what conditions do they like and what you feeding? there could be a common food to suit them both. ryanjury
Glad to see they have settled in well, I am sure they are doing far better in there than in a wheelie bin in my garage! I agree with smidey it can be hard to balance things when mixing fish that prefer different water conditions, however if your ph is around 7.5 then most fish should adjust.
