I am upgrading to a larger tank soon and am wondering if a jd, female gt, female con, female salvini and a juripari would be good in a 5 foot 350 litre tank?? wee2
sounds Ok as they are not those very badass kinds but do provide plenty shelters
Centrino787
could a jewel go in as well or would it be bullied?
smidey
what's the dimensions of the tank?
David R
Yep, need dimensions to be sure, its all about footprint with territorial cichlids. I'd leave out the "jurupari", their mouths are designed for sifting fine sand rather than lip-locking and battling for territory like the other more aggressive central american species you have. If you get rid of that you should have room for the jewel.
Centrino787
if i can get a stand made then the tank will be 150cm long 50 wide 50 high, and ill leave the jewel and get some top swimming schoolers
