FACEAnthrax Posted April 6, 2012 Report Share Posted April 6, 2012 Well Joe, in the quote you provided it says the supplier was offering to provide a temp gauge... so seems they were probably well within their right to check on it and probably only doing so as a favour. May be the bd jumped and fell, game over. May be it was sick before it was sent. May be may be may be. Give the company a kitkat i reckon. Best to package well and let it be. A day or two in transit is nothing major for a bd. I would assume the thermometer probe could have been easily popped through an air hole or a small gap in the side no need to be opening it right up? Although the company said they wouldn't take the thermometer and the bd would be fine... so what was the reasoning there for some photos? Although I don't think it's about that any more, think everyone is more mad about the rudeness and complete disregard from the company?
