Reptile
Hi guys I'm really worried, as my Black Arowana (about 35cm long) has suddenly come down with something. For the last 2 days he has been excreting long, thin sellotape-looking things and as of a few hours ago, he has bloated at the belly and has large bruising(?) in his tail. He's still eating fine and the other fish are all happy as larks. They would not have caused this in any way. So far I am thinking tape worms or something along those lines, but I haven't the foggiest what to do. Please help if you can, he is very special to me ~

Reptile
He is in a custom 1000l, water is picture perfect. Has an FX5, gonna upgrade to a second when the fish start getting big. He has a few tank mates, but they are all peacefully living together and do not bother him. They're all smaller than him to. They include ~ Albino Sailfin Pleco Blue Dempsey 3 Pictus Fire Eel Ornate Poly Clown Knife and Elephant fish
Reptile
Also, this morning his swelling has decreased by about 50%, which looks very promising! I'll hold feeding for the next couple of days and see what happens.
