Alan
Try water blasting them. Or find a friendly jet pilot and get him to run them thru his jet-engine. Alan
Dawn
There's always another way - use your imagination! How about a scrubbing brush and a bucket of hot water  then pour boiling water over them. You can also get a product here called 'Steriliser' that you could soak them in. Your local Aquarium shop should sell something like that.
Staplez
Switching tanks should not be the answer to your problems. If you want a nice clean tank you should put in the effort of cleaning your current one then work on keeping it clean. If your just going to change the tank it's going to end up in the same condition as your current one if you continue ignor the easy ways of keeping a single tank. I think you should work on what you have at the moment and when you do have a nice clean tank with health fish then consider upgrading to a larger tank.
