I've never kept Discus, and every time I see them in the LFS they just seem to be doing as little as possible. They are pretty fish, but do they have lots of character? My discus as soon as i open my bedroom door in the morning they go absolutely crazy, swimming up and down as if so happy to see me. But i know they just want food lol. If i touch any container that slightly resembles the red topped tetra color bits, they also go into a craze. Its pretty funny. They always swim up to the observer and bow.
