bigfishhead
Hi Guys, I got four peacocks in the same tank. Three of them are adult and one of them are about to grow to the adult size. Two of them are really bossy and fighting all the time. They all have very nice color on but not the young one. He only show abit color reflect the light in certain angle... The young one grown up under big boss's shadow..... I think he is afraid to show color? and get beatten up? So if I move him into another tank just himself only one peacock, will he show up color soon? He is a bout 7CM. TA
ryanjury
He should colour up if you stick him in his own tank where he feels dominant.. If there are other bigger more dominant fish in the tank then he probably won't colour up..
bigfishhead
the poor little young guy is from you Ryan. He grow up now   but no color.... I think I will try to catch him and put him into my 200L until he shows the color and then put him back.... Catch a fish in a 760L tank is not easy.... ryanjury
What type of peacock is he? Yeah catching fish in big tanks is hard, just drop a few big nets in there and feed them leave the nets there until you can get the right fish!
